Our Mission

The mission of the Castle Rock Professional Firefighters, IAFF Local 4116, is to provide world-class service to the citizens of our town. In order to accomplish this mission, we hereby commit to the following:

  To advocate for high-caliber personnel, equipment, apparatus, training, and resources to maximize the safety of our members.

• 

  Ensure competitive wages, benefits, work conditions, and resources for the health and well-being of our members.

• 

  To achieve a collaborative balance respecting the rights and wishes of both our members and our local government.

• 

  To remain politically active within our local, state, and national levels of union representation to support our brothers and sisters in the fire service.
